Woodcraft Wood Floors, Inc. has been serving Skagit, Whatcom, Island, San Juan, and parts of Snohomish Counties since 1980. In the 1980's we operated under the name of Woodcraft Construction. We were a design/build construction company with a wood flooring division. Over the years our wood floors became so popular that we decided to close the design build portion of our business and concentrate on only wood flooring. In 1991 we became Woodcraft Wood Floors, Inc.

We have maintained a showroom since the 1980's and have had a prominent business presence in the community since then. We have developed into a full service wood flooring company.

We are members of the National Wood Flooring Association which sets the standards for the wood flooring industry. By being a member of NWFA, you can be assured that your flooring work meets or exceeds the industry standards. We follow the code of ethics and are up to date on the latest industry developments.

Our installing and finishing crews are our own employees whom we have trained to our standards. We do not subcontract any wood flooring work. We are proud to have such loyal, long term employees. Some have been with us for over twenty years.

We are registered with the State of Washington as a licensed contractor. Our license number is WOODCWFO90JA and we hold a current Workman's Compensation account with the Department Labor and Industries.

Custom Services: Supply, Install, Sand, and Finish of new wood flooring.

Prefinished Flooring: Supply and Install all types of quality brands of factory finish (prefinished) products: Solid wood and Engineered products

Refinish: Sand and Refinish existing wood floors and we topcoat surface finished floors to add more years to a well maintained floor.

Repairs: Our installers are all experienced carpenters who do lace- in work, board removal, and retro fitting.

Sand and Finish only: Sand and Finish owner/contractor installed wood.

Wood Sales: Supply only of unfinished wood flooring and trim pieces as well as of prefinished flooring and trim pieces.

Dust Containment System: We have dust containment equipment available which collects about 90% of the saw dust that is produced during the finishing process.

Staircases plus Stair parts: Supply, Install, Sand and Finish closed staircases. We also display and sell Johnson Postman Stair parts.

Showroom: We display hundreds of unfinished or factory finished wood flooring samples. The showroom sells cleaning supplies and accessories for all sorts of wood floor finishes. Do-it-yourselfers will be pleased to find putty, finishes, applicators, and installation supplies.

Classes: Just about every quarter we offer a class in "Installing Wood Floor" through Skagit Valley College Community Education Program.

Free Estimates: We are available in our showroom Monday thru Saturday or by appointment to give free estimate.

Certified Wood Flooring Inspections: John Freeto, owner of Woodcraft Wood Floors, Inc., is certified by the National Wood Flooring Association to inspect wood floors and offer a critique based on the standards of the industry. A certified inspection is usually needed in disputes regarding quality of work, quality of products, or solving problems.
